The Albarossa winery is located in the Calchaquies Valley in Argentina, in the province of Tucumàn, on the slopes of the Andes that draw the border between Argentina and Chile.
It offers the opportunity to stay in an estate within a picturesque valley with an infinite view of the vineyard and of the monumental mountains that enclose it to the east and west.
All Finca Albarossa apartments are inside the central body of the Main House.
In total there are nine rooms. The Resort is equipped with all comforts: Swimming pool, Wifi, air conditioning, cable TV, private bathrooms, restaurant and much more. The common areas are the Living Room and TV room for relaxation, with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a magnificent shaded terrace where breakfast can be served, the large garden that completely surrounds the house, the pool overlooking the vineyard, the patio with grill and oven, ideal for lunch and dinner overlooking the garden and the mountains.
The Finca’s central body, where the rooms are located, the kitchen, the living rooms, the patio and the gallery extend from north to south, facing east and west.
The name Albarossa came about because of the colour of the sky behind the mountains at dawn. A unique and unmissable sensation. The owners of the Finca fell in love with this magical place in 2010. First of all, the vineyard was planted, then the roads, all the infrastructures, and finally the construction of the big house. A modern construction that recalls the local traditions in colour and style with a touch of Italian elegance. The reclaimed wood floors, the antique cast iron radiators, the strong colours taken from the fabrics wisely woven and hand-dyed by the native populations. The accessories, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, come from Italy, like the cutlery and crockery recovered from the splendor of the steamers that sailed the Atlantic Ocean in the 1950s. A mix of style and elegance as unique as nature which blends with the work of man.
