Red WineMalbec possesses a profoundly fruity character with delicate tannins. Its blue-black medium-sized grapes, clustered in medium, slightly open bunches, give off a particularly intense perfume due to the wide temperature variation between day and night. It reaches complete polyphenolic maturity at the end of a slow development. It has a sweet after-taste also due to very soft tannins, resulting from slow ripening during cool, prolonged autumns.
